The fifth and final exhibition in the BRURAL series, founded by Project 59,Inc. to develop professional contacts between artists and curators from greater Brooklyn and Ural Region in Russia through a series of annual collaborative exhibitions, returned to the Temporary Storage Gallery in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The guest curator, Ilya Shipilovskikh, brought works by artists from the Perm Region that were shown with works by 11 artists from Greater Brooklyn.
