Project 59, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in the State of New York on March 19, 2008.

Project 59, Inc. will be applying to the IRS for 501(c)(3) status as a public charity in the very near future.
It is currently accepting contributions from donors to support its operation with the understanding
that such donations are to a 501(c)(3) Organization, application pending.

All such donations should be in the form of a check made out to Project 59, Inc. and
