Fluxus Time in Kharkiv features Fluxus artists George Brecht, Ken Friedman, Alison Knowles, George Maciunas, Larry Miller, Yoko Ono and Jeffrey Perkins, along with Bas Jan Ader, Vagrich Bakhchanyan, Valera & Natasha Cherkashin, Lowell Darling, Mike Dyar, Tehching Hsieh, Peter Malone, Mike Metz, Linda Mary Montano, Phill Niblock, Angelo Riviello, Rino Telaro, Tolsty (Vladimir Kotlyarov).

The first exhibition about Fluxus in Kharkiv was during the Ukrainian Revolution and became the first Fluxus show in a revolutionary context.
